Refund Policy

IMPERFECTLY PERFECT - FZCO ("we," "our," or "us") strives to provide exceptional service to all clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our premium content services.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
2. Eligible Refunds
- Unsatisfactory Quality: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will first attempt to revise the work to your satisfaction. If revisions cannot resolve the issue, a partial refund may be issued.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe and cannot resolve the delay, a full refund will be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: In cases of accidental duplicate payments, the extra payment will be refunded in full.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Instagram promotion campaigns (as results depend on third-party platforms)
- Content management services (after the first 7 days of service)
- Any work where the client has approved the final product
- Custom work that has been completed according to specifications
4. Subscription Services
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no further charges
- Pre-paid quarterly/annual subscriptions will be refunded on a prorated basis minus a 10% administrative fee
- No refunds for partial months of service
