  • Content creation and scheduling

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Supply content in the required formats
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Comply with all platform terms where we manage your content

3. Payment Terms

  • Editing services require upfront payment or subscription
  • Management services are billed as a percentage of revenue as specified in your service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to your original content
  • We claim no ownership of your intellectual property
  • Edited versions become your property upon full payment

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client content and information as outlined in our NDA and Privacy Policy.

6. Service Limitations

We cannot guarantee specific results from our services, including but not limited to:

  • Specific engagement rates or follower growth
  • Revenue amounts from managed accounts
  • Platform algorithm performance

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
  • Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
  • We will provide all account access and content upon termination
